CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or failure to appear for your appointment leaves a spot that could have been filled by another patient.

 

24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Patients who do not show up for their appointment or subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for understanding.

SAFE SPACE

Only you can determine what feels safe for you. That being said, I do my best to create a safe space through an emphasis on consent, professionalism, and trauma informed practice. If you have any questions I invite you to speak up or reach out before, during, or after, a treatment. 

ACCESSIBILITY

Sanctuary Massage Therapy is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. If you think you may require assistance, please contact me prior to booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
